Little Nylah_Newborn Photography

There is so much love in little Nylah's house!! From her parents, to her aunts, uncle, cousins, grandfather, and even her family dog...at one point all of us in the same room HAHAHA!! She was such a wonderful and beautiful newborn to photograph (just like her mother)! They made it all worth driving into DC =) Thank you S. Family for inviting me into your home and sharing Nylah with me for a little while.

R.J._Senior Photography

I had a fun time photographing this highschool senior and his beautiful mother!! I can really start getting used to having my subjects listen to my "posing" instructions and actually DOING them LOL. R.J. was such a good sport for waking up so early in the morning and going out in the freezing cold :)

The C. Family

It is so CRAZY to think that I've known H. for 8 years now, way back in nursing school, wow!! I had such of great time finally meeting these beautiful, beautiful little girls. I think all the adults got a good workout just trying to keep the little ones entertained, LOL. Thank you C. Family for letting me spend the morning with you guys. OH, I also wanted to mention that the shoes these girls were wearing were to die for! I wanted them for myself!!!!

J. Family_Family of Six!

It was SUCH a cold morning this day, and I had been fighting off a bug that one of my little ones had given to me (such is life with little kids)...but I was determined to "rock" this photoshoot LOL LOL. Children tend to bring you back down to earth, really quick! =) I had to just sit and laugh all morning, because having four little ones of my own, I knew what these parents were going through, trying to get their children corralled to take a few family shots! We all had to just go with the flow, no stress...if the kids wanted to be in the shot, they were, if not, then c'est la vie =) Thank you so much, J. Family, for being so patient while I was recovering!! I feel like a new person, it's funny how I take feeling healthy for granted.

Cari R._Senior Photography

Can I just say that I had a blast shooting my first senior session! I never thought that I would have had so much fun :) It was also so refreshing working with a "willing" subject!! Someone who loves to pose, stays still, has awesome eye contact, and follows directions LOL LOL. Wow, it was wonderful! Thank you Cari for being your beautiful self!!

B. Family

Even though I've known T. for over a year now (from a local twin moms group), this is the first time that I've actually met her beautiful 18 month old twins, C. and D., in person!! They are such a wonderful family, and I really did have a great time being with them and photographing them. I seriously had to laugh because I remember those days when my twins were that age....ohhhhhh the trials LOL. Thank goodness there are many more joys, happiness, and love thrown in there than the trials :) Thank you B. family!!

The L. Family

This was the first time that I have been to this location, and what better way to break it in than with this beautiful family! I just had to laugh, seeing so many similarities between these little girls and my two youngest girls =). Thank you L. Family for working with me and I hope you enjoy your sneak peeks.

Abigail_5 Months Old

Abigail is such a wonderful, little cutie! I had a fun time "playing" with her LOL. It was also awesome to get to talk her mommy and daddy, to get to know them better. What a great family they have! Thank you J. Family for spending a few hours with me, and letting me capture little Abigail.

Baby N_5 Days Old

What a blessing this beautiful bunch are to their parents!! Thank you E. and E. for sharing your new baby brother with me! Baby N. was a bundle of snuggly sweetness, even though he was awake for most of his photo shoot :) Thank you so much A. and S. for welcoming me into your home, I have missed you so much!

Such Handsome Big Boys!!

I had such a great time with these guys!! They are so much fun to be around...they are so playful, talkative, and down right adorable! It was amazing to see two siblings love on each other as much as they did (my kids sure don't hahaha!!). I hope you guys enjoy a quick peek at how our morning went.

Congratulations Jackie and Eric!!!

About 2 months or so ago, a friend of mine had told me that she was getting married and asked me if I would be her wedding photographer! I'm not gonna lie to you...I was scared!!! But also pretty excited about it too. I have never shot a wedding before, and never even CONTEMPLATED doing one. It ws an amazing experience, one which I would love do again someday. There were definitely things I learned, and things I would do differently, but overall, I think things went really well.

Congratulations, Jackie and Eric! Thank you so much for letting me spend this very important day with you. I just wanted to share some photos from the day...I am NO WHERE near done, but wanted to throw some photos up :)

Baby S _ 8 Months Old

Baby S. is such a baby doll! She has such big, beautiful brown eyes! Don't you guys agree? She was being such a serious little thing, but I promise you, she has the sweetest smiles. I seriously cannot believe this big girl is the same TINY, TINY baby that I held (and photographed) 8 months ago.

The E. Family
